Automotive headlight shell single fixture through controlling shrinkage and deformation of the headlight shell, enhance the quality of plastic headlight shell parts production.
Place the headlight shell on the single fixture. The positioning column on the headlight shell is inserted into the hole of the supporting surface and the headlight shell is fitted with the 0 mm positioning surface on the gauge, and finally the detecting pin is inserted into the corresponding hole. After zero calibration on the zero seat, use the dial indicator to measure the surface difference on the fixed measuring points of the headlight shell.
