Kingco cooperated with the customer to complete this human body analyzer in batch. The relative technology included CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, stamping and mold injection molding for plastic parts and metal parts. The customer successively ordered 500 sets and 200 sets of human body analyzer to Kingco. Kingco arranged a professional service team to produce and track the whole project, from business, production, QC to administrative procurement.
In early July 2016, the customer was very satisfied with the green ultrasonic conductometric instrument made by Kingco. So the green ultrasonic conductometric instrument was exhibited on the 17th China Medical Equipment Regional Fair and participated in WeChat voting activity of 2016 China Rehabilitation Exhibition. Because of the standard production process, strict QC, comprehensive service, good communication, as well as principle of "" user first and treat the user's as God"", Kingco gradually achieved great success.
Referring to 3d data, Kingco first reviewed the drawing of the prototype models before producing, and then made improvement suggestions for the unreasonable designs. After the completion of the sheet metal parts, Kingco needed to spray them and process each detail elaborately. The dimension of all assembly parts must be precise so that the whole hand model will not be deformed. After the mold injection molding for plastic parts, Kingco painted and printed them. Pedal pads and side handle electrodes needed respectively to be stainless steel plated and plastic plated. In addition, for rubber parts, Kingco strictly checked if there were air bubbles or defects on the mold injection molding to ensure the customer’s demands. In the assembly process, Kingco always kept the uniform and appropriate gaps, consistent painting and spraying, as well as perfect and exact color. For the assembly screen of human body analyzer, Kingco custom made and provided fixtures several times for free to the customer to help them solve the problem of uneven interior. What’s more, in the assemble process of shell, Kingco also custom made simple fixtures to control and adjust the gaps so that each gap can be uniform to meet the customer’s quality standards.
